Gabby is a PhD candidate in Natural Resources and Applied Ecology at the the School of Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska Lincoln. She is a carnivore ecologist and her research focuses on the effects of human activities on ocelot density, behavior, and spatio-temporal patterns using spatial capture recapture and occupancy models by using camera trap data. Additionally, she is interested in hierarchical models, r package development, and higher education.
