Losia is a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of New South Wales. She is a biologist with a deep interest in research synthesis. She has been working on various topics in the past ranging from ecotoxicology, population biology, molecular genetics, and evolution, to biomedical and even built environment research. In her work she often uses systematic review and meta-analytic methodologies to address diverse and timely questions across disciplines. She also actively contributes to developing and popularising research synthesis methods.
