Joey is an International Consultant at UNFPA Asia and the Pacific Regional Office. Her work focuses on using effective evidence synthesis methods to inform policies in population ageing and sustainable development. A clinical pharmacist by training, she is interested in the use of robust evidence in cardiology, particularly on clinical trial reporting of adverse effects of cardiovascular interventions. She is currently Co-Convenor of the Cochrane Adverse Effects Methods Group and has been an active Cochrane contributor for over 10 years.
